HEEED is a non-profit Malawian NGO founded and funded in 2004 by WWF Finland. HEEED stands for Health, Education, Environment and Economic Development. HEEED takes a holistic approach in developing and sharing these 4 main objective with local communities surrounding Lake Malawi National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site with over 850 unique species of fish found nowhere else in the world.
